Consolidated Ecoprogress Technology Inc. (TSX VENTURE: CES) is pleased to announce the Company has signed an agreement to license certain nanotechnology products for application in the Flushaway™ brand feminine hygiene products from QuarTek Corporation of Greensboro, North Carolina.
