€232.5 million for nanoelectronic technologies
Abstract:
The European Commission has endorsed, under the EC Treaty’s rules on state aid, €232.5 million of public funding for a research and development project jointly set up by Infineon Technologies AG, Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft and Advanced Micro Devices Inc. (AMD) in Dresden, Germany (Saxony).
