Chevron Spots an Opportunity
Abstract:
Jack Uldrich: In today’s Wall Street Journal, it was reported the Chevron intends to develop a giant oil-sand project in northern Canada. On the face of it, it might seem that nanotechnology would have little to do with this project. But that’s wrong.
