Abstract:
Josh Wolfe: Over the past few years, nanotech has rapidly become a significant ingredient in the food industry, in applications ranging from smart packaging to interactive foods. Virtually every major food company is involved in nanotech R&D, and the first wave of products is now hitting the market. This is only the beginning, and it's clear that this is an area where nanotech is going to take hold in a big way.
