Dresden nano center aims to rival LETI, IMEC
Abstract:
The Center for Nanoelectronic Technologies (CNT) in Dresden, a collaboration between Advanced Micro Devices Inc., Infineon Technologies AG, and the German Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft, is to focus on the development and testing of process technology steps for upcoming semiconductor generations. The three partners expect the CNT to become the German equivalent to other European research centers such as LETI in France or IMEC in Belgium.
