Nanox

Québec City, Québec, Canada | March 24, 2005

Nanox Inc., based in Quebec City, is pleased to announce the appointment of Al Metauro as Director, Commercial Development. Al is charged with bringing Nanox's products and technology to the dynamic emissions control catalyst market.

Nanox is a nanotechnology innovator in perovskite-based products for oxidation and other catalysts used in automotive and related emissions control markets. Nanox's products can significantly reduce the need for high-cost platinum group metals and increase catalytic activity at lower temperatures. Their unique mechanosynthesis process affords a wide range of nanocrystalline perovskite materials as well as various mixed metal oxides.

Al Metauro

Al Metauro comes to Nanox with over 25 years of experience in commercializing catalyst and nanomaterial technology. He led the successful introduction of diesel oxidation catalysts in the North American market in the early nineties. Since then he has been involved in the sales, marketing, and business development of several innovative nanomaterials for a variety of markets and applications.
