Veeco and Dow Chemical Company Joint Research Program

Abstract:
Veeco Instruments Inc. and The Dow Chemical Company announced today that the U.S. Commerce Department's National Institute of Standards and Technology Advanced Technology Program has awarded them $6.6 million in funding for a three-year project to develop a quantitative nano-mechanical measurement instrument.
