Tech Science: Out on the Nano Frontier
Abstract:
"We call it an enabling infrastructure. It is open to anyone who understands and wants to develop nanotechnology. It means individuals and small businesses don't have to buy their own equipment to do the research and development phase," said Lawrence Goldberg of the National Science Foundation.
