"By focusing on developing these OEM relationships for application of our products to multiple material and equipment types, not only can we offer more application choices to our existing customers by leveraging Industrial Nanotech's patented and unique technology and exceptional factory installation support, we can drive new growth opportunities, further expand our global presence, and help these manufacturing clients offer a valuable upgrade to their existing product," stated Francesca Crolley, VP of Business Development for Industrial Nanotech, Inc. "With a track record of over 11 years of proven performance in environments around the world, the timing is perfect for us to focus on global development of these types of relationships, which we expect to be a major growth area for our Company this year and beyond."

Industrial Nanotech, Inc. has previously announced two OEM deals. In June, 2014, the Company announced a deal with the largest manufacturer of concrete roof tile in the U.S. to incorporate the Company's Crystal coating onto concrete roof tile at the factory, and production of that product began at the end of 2014. In January, 2015, the Company announced a deal by their Turkish distributor with Ornek Makine to coat their textile manufacturing equipment with the Company's High Heat and EPX thermal insulation coatings, and the first factory coated machine was shipped earlier this year.
