Abstract:
KLA-Tencor Corporation (NASDAQ:KLAC) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share on its common stock payable on March 9, 2009 to KLA-Tencor stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 2, 2009.
