Demron granted Australian patent

Abstract:
The Australian patent office says it has granted Radiation Shield Technologies a new patent for the company's Demron radiation-protection material.

Demron is a lightweight liquid metal compound that feels like fabric made from nanotechnology that when worn as a suit provides security and military authorities some protection from nuclear radiation, chemical and biological threats. Company officials say IP Australia has granted a new Australian patent for Demron.
