Abstract:
Evaluation, Partnership, and Optimization are Keys to Fourth Quarter Product Launch

NaturalNano Announces Performance Goals for 2007

ROCHESTER, NY | Posted on March 22nd, 2007

NaturalNano, Inc. (OTCBB: NNAN) (FWB: N3N) ( http://www.naturalnano.com ), a materials science company, today presented a roadmap to commercialization of its PleximerTM product. Pleximer is a turn-key nanocomposite additive based on halloysite nanotubes (HNTTM) enabling stronger, lighter, and less expensive materials for the $40 billion dollar polymer composite industry.

"Our recent success in demonstrating Pleximer with nylon and polypropylene, at the manufacturing and pilot scale levels, has generated significant market interest in our product." stated Cathy Fleischer, President and CTO of NaturalNano. "We have designed a product evaluation, partnership and optimization roadmap that we believe will result in our first Pleximer product revenues in the fourth quarter of 2007."

The milestones for 2007 include:

* Establish a joint development agreement to bring to market a polymer nanocomposite Pleximer product.
* Complete customer formulation and optimization trials demonstrating the unique attributes and characteristics of Pleximer in a specific application.
* Complete manufacturing scale accreditation of Pleximer product.
* Achieve revenue through sales of Pleximer product.
* Continue validation and testing in support of advanced property enhancements to broaden our customer base within the polymer composite industry.
* Evaluate potential joint development partners for filled or coated HNT applications.
* File additional patents to expand our proprietary position on specialty applications and materials.

NaturalNano recently announced it has received a $3.25 million cash investment which will be utilized in part for the development and commercialization of the Pleximer family of products. "Seeing the first Pleximer product in use in a customer's polymer composite product line will be a big accomplishment," Fleischer stated, "but it will just be the beginning of a complete line of Pleximer products to come."

Traditional layered nanoclays require extra processing and specialized equipment to separate the layers and disperse them throughout a polymer system. NaturalNano's HNTs, utilizing the Company's proprietary, patent-pending formulation and processes, do not require an extra separation step, and can be run on standard equipment, enabling manufacturers to produce nanocomposites without additional capital investment
