NTT DoCoMo: Trouble at the Summit
Abstract:
Since setting up a year and a half ago, the company's Palo Alto, California-based venture arm, DoCoMo Capital, has been on the lookout for technologies that can be developed and folded into the company's tech roadmap quickly. Just this month the venture arm's CEO, Nobuyuki Akimoto, announced an undisclosed equity investment in Palo Alto-based Nanosys to develop nanotechnology for unspecified applications.
