2007 New York state budget proposal breakdown and details

Abstract:
WHAT SPITZER WANTS: $300 million to develop an international nanotechnology facility in a yet-to-be-determined location. $300 million to create an Investment and Job Creation Program. $100 million in funding for stem-cell research (the governor also wants to hold a vote in 2008 on a $1.5 billion initiative to develop stem cell research in New York). $7.5 million to redevelop the Harriman campus in Albany.
