NABsys Acquires GeneSpectrum

Abstract:
NABsys, Inc. and GeneSpectrum, Inc. announced today that NABsys has acquired GeneSpectrum in an all-stock transaction. The combined company, NABsys, will pursue its proprietary Hybridization-Assisted Nanopore Sequencing (HANS) platform for sequencing human genomic DNA.
