Aviza Technology Receives Order From Leading DRAM Manufacturer

Abstract:
Aviza Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ:AVZA), a supplier of advanced semiconductor equipment and process technologies for the global semiconductor, compound semiconductor, nanotechnology and other related markets, today announced that it has received an order for its next-generation single wafer atomic layer deposition (ALD) system, Celsior™, from one of the world's leading DRAM manufacturers.
