Purifying Nanotubes
Abstract:
Metallic single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) can be selectively etched and eliminated from a substrate without damaging their semiconducting SWNT neighbors, thanks to a finely tuned methane plasma reaction (Science 2006, 314, 974).
