Abstract:
More Moore, a research project funded by the European Commission to promote the development of Extreme Ultra Violet Lithography (EUVL) in Europe, announces a significant breakthrough by three of the participants in the project, instruments manufacturer Focus GmbH and two German universities, Bielefeld and Mainz.
