ASU's Cao receives NSF Career Award

Abstract:
Yu (Kevin) Cao, an assistant professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering of the Ira A. Fulton School of Engineering, has received a National Science Foundation Career Award, which recognizes young scientists and engineers showing potential for leadership in significant research areas. The award comes with a grant of $404,000 over five years for Cao's efforts to advance knowledge in nanoscale electronics design.
