Bioscience agency approves $2.4M for investments

Abstract:
The Kansas Bioscience Authority made its first investment Thursday in a newly announced plan calling for a Kansas State University satellite campus and adjacent research park in Olathe. Other investments approved by the board Thursday included: $48,700 in equipment assistance for CritiTech Inc., a Lawrence drug-development startup spun off from nanotechnology research at the University of Kansas.
