NanoPolaris Acquires Assets of Unidym

Abstract:
Arrowhead Research (Nasdaq:ARWR) announced today that NanoPolaris, its wholly-owned subsidiary, acquired substantially all the assets of Unidym, a Los Angeles company that develops carbon nanotube-based electronics.
