To be held in the campus of IIT Kharagpur during the beautiful winter days of December 20-22, 2005, preceded by Tutorials on December 19, 2005, as a part of our programme to commemorate the "World Year of Physics 2005" marking the 100 years of discovery of Relativity Theory.
