IBM speaks out about Sematech deal

Abstract:
"As a member of Sematech and the Albany NanoTech center, IBM applauds Sematech's decision to more closely align with the important work being done at Albany NanoTech," said John Kelly, IBM's senior vice president for technology and intellectual property. "This announcement demonstrates the strength and benefits of the close collaboration between industry, academia and New York state government leaders."
