Foundation repairs cost university
Abstract:
The much-anticipated Wilsdorf, designed for nanotechnology research and education at the University of Virginia, will be dedicated Nov. 10, according to Nancy Cable, head of the Engineering Foundation. UVa has made nanotech one of the priorities for its 2020 strategic planning initiative, and Wilsdorf Hall will be outfitted with the latest tools of the trade, as well as special labs designed to limit vibration that would interfere with work at such a small scale.
