German leader offers high marks

Roland Koch, Minister President of the State of Hesse, Germany, addressed local officials, business leaders and educators ... at Waukesha County Technical College. The Minister President’s trip to the area ended with a meeting and dinner with Gov. Jim Doyle at the Governor’s Mansion, where Koch said he planned to discuss the growing nanotechnology industry.
