Cancer institute director resigns
Abstract:
Dr. Jonathan W. Simons, an internationally renowned scholar who was wooed away from the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine in Baltimore in 2000 to become director of Emory University's Winship Cancer Institute, is stepping down to pursue "extraordinary opportunities" to treat the disease using nanotechnology.
