Tegal Corporation Reports Financial Results
Abstract:
egal Corporation (Nasdaq:TGALD), a leading designer and manufacturer of plasma etch and deposition systems used in the production of integrated circuits and nanotechnology devices, today announced financial results for the First Quarter Fiscal Year 2007, which ended June 30, 2006. Revenues during the first quarter of fiscal 2007 were $6.6 million, an increase of 116% from $3.1 million reported in the same period last year, and an increase of 9% sequentially from the $6.1 million recorded for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2006.
