Abstract:
With hurricanes, tsunamis, earthquakes, floods and other natural disasters galvanizing public attention, the world's largest scientific organization has chosen disaster prevention and recovery as the multidisciplinary theme of its upcoming 232nd national meeting in San Francisco, Sept. 10-14.
