JMAR Technologies Receives Nasdaq Notification
Abstract:
MAR Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:JMAR) announced that on May 12, 2006, it received a letter from the Nasdaq Stock Market confirming that for the last 30 consecutive business days prior to May 12, 2006, the bid price of the Company's common stock has closed below the minimum $1.00 per share requirement for continued listing set forth in Marketplace Rule 4310(c)(4).
