Pataki vetoes funds for energy park nanotech center
Abstract:
Fifteen million dollars that was supposed to finance an "international nanotechnology photovoltaic center" at the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority's Saratoga Technology and Energy Park fell victim to Gov. George Pataki's budget veto pen Thursday.
