FEI Announces CEO Has Stepped Down
Abstract:
FEI Company (Nasdaq: FEIC) announced today that Vahe A. Sarkissian has stepped down as the company's Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer and will be leaving the company. Mr. Sarkissian has indicated that he will be resigning as a director of the company effective immediately prior to the 2006 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, to be held on May 11, 2006.
