Rubincon Ventures and API Electronics Group Announce Merger Agreement
Abstract:
Rubincon Ventures, Inc. (OTC BB: RBCV), and API Electronics Group Corp. (OTC BB: AEGCF), today announced that they have signed a Letter of Intent to enter into a merger agreement. It is further proposed that the new entity created by this merger will be known as API Nanotronics Corp. as this name best exemplifies the business of the combined companies.
