Oxonica Completes Acquisition of Nanoplex Technologies
Abstract:
Oxonica, plc (AIM:OXN), a leading publicly-traded international nanotechnology company, announced today that it has completed its acquisition of Nanoplex Technologies, Inc., a developer of novel encoded nanoparticles. Nanoplex is to be renamed Oxonica, Inc.
