Abstract:
Ener1, Inc.(OTC Bulletin Board: ENEI) today announced that it has retained Eisner LLP as its independent registered public accounting firm, effective immediately. Eisner LLP replaces Kaufman, Rossin & Co. who resigned on August 16, 2005.
