Md.-D.C.-Va. nanotech plan unveiled
Abstract:
Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C., officials finally revealed their joint plan Wednesday to capture some of the $1 billion in federal dollars expected to be channeled to the emerging science of nanotechnology.
