UC Stays at Helm of Berkeley Lab
Abstract:
UC won a five-year $2.3 billion contract for the management of Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory yesterday, extending the university’s 70-year stewardship of the national lab.
The lab, which conducts nanotechnology and alternative energy research, has been under UC’s management since its inception in 1931.
