Paratek Awarded $1.125 Million
Abstract:
Paratek Microwave, Inc. today announced a $1.125 million contract award from the University of California, Riverside, for Nanoscale Science and Engineering. Paratek's family of tunable RF and microwave components are based upon its core materials technology, Parascan(TM), an electrically tunable dielectric material developed using thin film integrated circuit deposition methodology.
