Small Times Media spins off from parent company
Abstract:
The company recognized as the leading source of business information about micro and nanotechnology is now the largest independently owned media company focused exclusively on that sector. On January 1, 2005, four years after its formation, Small Times Media spun off from its parent company, Ardesta, LLC and is now majority-owned by its management and employees.
