Indian Science Congress to focus on tsunami, health
Abstract:
Catastrophic tsunamis will be a major focus of the 92nd Indian Science Congress beginning here Monday as hundreds of scientists gather to discuss issues related to health, environment and space technology.
Realising the promises of nano-technology and innovative water technology for the poor as well as the need to contain long-term psychological and health impacts of tsunamis would also be discussed, the organisers said.
