Richard Smalley Will Speak at SEMI NanoForum

Abstract:
SEMI(R) announced today that Nobel Laureate Dr. Richard Smalley will deliver a keynote address at SEMI NanoForum 2004, the first international conference for leaders and technical experts in nanotechnology and the semiconductor equipment-and-materials industry. The conference will be November 14-17 at the new Austin Hilton hotel. Smalley will deliver the luncheon keynote speech on November 15.
