German universities to build R&D center in Seoul
Abstract:
Hartmut Koschyk said 13 German universities such as Munich Polytechnic will jointly build a 27-storey research facility in northern Seoul.
The institute will feature 10 research divisions including information technology, nanotechnology, and biotechnology.
