President Inaugurates Wockhardt Biotech Park
Abstract:
In his address, Mr Kalam said that by 2020, India would be under the burden of three diseases - a HIV and TB combination, water borne diseases and cardiac diseases - for which India will have to find treatment. “After IT and biotechnology, nanotechnology is knocking at our doors. A decade from now, the convergence of biotechnology and nanotechnology will play a significant role in the country’s healthcare.”
