Abstract:
We continue our look at CRN's thirty essential studies with the final section, which covers "Policies and Policymaking". Recommended studies in this section assume the existence of a general-purpose molecular manufacturing system. All preliminary answers are based on diamondoid nanofactory technology. Next on our list is a very significant study, #20: "What effect will molecular manufacturing have on military and government capability and planning, considering the implications of arms races and unbalanced development?"
