AKN may make nano-chips locally
Abstract:
AKN Technology Bhd is considering transferring nanotechnology from its affiliated US-based company, Nanochip Inc, to Penang. “We are studying which aspects of the nanotechnology to transfer, the size of the skilled workforce required to work on nano-chips in Penang, and the amount of investment involved,” group executive chairman Datuk Ahmad Kabeer Mohamed Nagoor told StarBiz.
