ISMI Offers Global Economic Symposium
Abstract:
The International SEMATECH Manufacturing Initiative (ISMI) will sponsor its Spring, 2004 Global Economic Symposium (GES) on May 26 at the Sheraton National Hotel in Arlington, VA. This biannual, open meeting is geared to international participation from IC and equipment manufacturers, materials suppliers, and government agencies affiliated with the semiconductor industry. ... speakers on nanotechnology also are planned.
