Advancing nanotechnology
Abstract:
A big player in the small world of nanotechnology has chosen Austin as the headquarters for his nanotech startup. Ellery Buchanan, former executive vice president of the New Jersey Nanotechnology Consortium, now a subsidiary of Lucent Technologies Inc., has founded self-funded NanoVance Inc. in Austin. Buchanan also is former CEO of semiconductor tool maker Integrated Solutions Inc.
