Tamboril Cigar Company Files Form 8-K
Abstract:
Tamboril Cigar Company announced that it has filed a Form 8-K to describe its acquisition of 100% of the outstanding stock of Axion Power Corporation and its purchase of all intellectual property rights to Axion's E3 Cell technology. The E3 Cell is a nanotechnology enabled hybrid electrochemical storage battery. We use a variety of physical and chemical processes to convert simple activated carbon into nanoporous electrodes that can be used as replacements for the lead-based negative electrodes in conventional batteries.
