Crossing the nano divide
Abstract:
At a recent and well-attended talk in front of the World Affairs Council of Dallas, Federal Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan commented on tariffs, protectionism and the fostering of employment through new technologies. He went on to clarify how some economic conditions could to some degree be predicted in advance while others, such as a technology-related economy in the midst of foreign competition, could not.
