Harris & Harris Announces Additional Sale of 300,000 Shares
Abstract:
Harris & Harris Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: TINY) today announced that the underwriter of its recent 2,000,000 share offering, Punk, Ziegel & Company, LP, has exercised its overallotment option in full and accordingly, will purchase an additional 300,000 shares of common stock at $8.00 per share. With the exercise of the overallotment option, Harris & Harris Group is selling a total of 2,300,000 shares of its common stock and will receive approximately $17,296,000 in net proceeds.
