Question: Will nanotechnology revitalize economy?

Abstract:
A discussion next week about the possibility of nanotechnology becoming a factor in the metropolitan area's economy will be "streamed" live on the Internet and "viewers" will be able to ask questions via e-mail. The topic for discussion is: "Sustainable Strategies for High Technology in Portland: Will Nanotech Re-seed the Silicon Forest?" The discussion will be broadcast on the Web between noon and 2 p.m. next Tuesday, Nov. 24.
